i take lyrica and diuretics. hold good doc. she stresses i must starve down more. but in that is the rub. i suspect i am trying to kill myself chinese style near a million cuts. also bi-polar and have not long had bypasses. enthusiasm sucks most of the time. i forge ahead but not hopeful. oh, and i recently lost adjectives my investments and am reduced to relative poverty. as the mel brooks movie stated, "life sucks." i am trying swot some buddhist techniques of devioding my lifelong "needs" and passion. damn unsuccessful so far. but doing better since i stopped taking all the tranks and drinking. friends and relatives have ostercized me. i am the singular white guy in a risky black apt. complex. scared to move about outside.
