What are in good health alternatives instead of using Panadol {Paracetamol}?

I've got an project and would similar to some opinions from different ethnic group. Please share. Thnks.

Answer:
Hi, herbal medicines are remarkably good depending what the problem is. Homeopathy is also terribly good and treats every type of condition. You can buy pain massacre sprays to spray on a painful nouns. Vinegar can be used to treat headaches although this isn't ably known. That's adjectives i can think of at the moment...hope it help...
If the person doesn't own heart or kidney probems, ibuprofen would be the drug of choice - but only if nearby are no heart problems otherwise the risks are serious. There's always aspirin (danger of stomach bleeding but otherwise smaller amount inherently poisonous than paracetamol). Then depending on where the agony is, there may be some safer topical applications (i.e. you rub them into your skin - for muscular ache and pains).

Some people say-so they benefit from hypnotherapy, and from acupuncture, but they've never done anything for me.

Hope that helps.
herb are good
I wouldn't suggest Ibrupofen as if this is used too repeatedly it increases liver damage. Ibrupofen also increases blood loss if used after dental surgery which make the healing process longer.

Heathier alternatives to Paracetmol ( I work near them all the time) are herbal and natrual alternatives such as:-
Herbal For Pain:-
turmeric, poppy, willow yap, St. John's wort, angelica, motherwort, black cohosh, wild yam, lavender, cayenne, kava kava, and rose.

Essential oil of pine, lavender, peppermint, cinnamon, rose, clove, frankincense, rosemary, ginger, juniper, and birch.

Used traditionally as pain relievers and are well-documented analgesic agents. Put 10-12 drops of any one of these essential oil in one ounce of a haulier oil such as olive or coconut. Shake all right and then rub into aching, swollen joints to allay throbbing and inflammation.

If you suffer from chronic pain, try drinking four to six cups of skullcap infusions on a daily basis, or take 10-15 drops of skullcap tincture four to six times day by day. Use skullcap as needed, as often as every few minutes, surrounded by acute situations. Skullcap quiets the nervous system, and so will be a sensible ally if you suffer from chronic pain. A combination of equal parts skullcap, St. John's wort, and oatstraw is more than ever effective for comforting the nervous system, and thus easing spasm.
