I don't know about the others, but lavender is set to have a completely calming effect on the body - and it works highly quickly. I'm a work therapist, and one of the treatments I used to do at a resort be a lavender aroma massage. Honestly, here were times when I, myself, have to fight to stay awake, because the lavender is soooo relaxing.

I be also once at a workshop for massaging horses and one of the horses be getting out of control. One of the trainers put 2 drops of lavender on the rear legs of his hand and later stuck it under the horse's proboscis and I swear to you, IMMEDIATELY, the horse's head dropped and his eyes partially shut like he be drugged! The stuff works FAST. (Essential oils contained by general work express from an aroma standpoint)

Lavender will seriously calm you down and serve you sleep.
Spray your bedroom with a restrained fragrance containing jasmine or lavender a few minutes before bedtime .

P.S.
The researchers found that those who slept contained by a room infused with a woozy jasmine scent seemed to sleep more peacefully and reported one more alert in the afternoon than race who slept in a lavender-scented room, or one next to no added aroma.
