If shock is the bodies inbred physiological response to physical trauma why do we treat for shock?

When you go into shock, your body is essentially shunting adjectives the blood in the body and directing it to your necessary organs in the center because they are the most key for survival. Thats why when someone is in shock, their hand and extremities are cold to touch. In a medical emergency, you have to deed fast and treat shock because it may motive a drastic drop in blood pressures and can be homicidal. Treatments for shock would be elevation of the feet to direct blood flow to the organs, high-ranking flow oxygen, and I.V. saline to compensate for fluid loss if there is hemmorhage, etc... There are various different types of shock and all can be homicidal if not treated surrounded by a timely manner...
If we treat for shock inside the first hour after the injury, the damage can be prevented. No situation how badly an individual is injured, if they start reception treatment, including supportive treatments, they can frequently survive their injuries.
It's treated because when you are in shock your blood pressure can drop dramatically... cause death.
Shock is a body's response to trauma because beside "minor" injuries (having your hand chewed on by a tiger, say), some things take place that protect the rest of the body from damage. The body moves circulation away from the outer body (hands, feet) and to the imperative organs (brain, heart, lungs, muscles). In small amounts, such changes can be duration savers.
Unfortunately, next to major injuries (having your arm bitten bad by that tiger), your body tries to do too much of a good item. The changes contained by circulation begin to restrict too much blood flow and you twist up with not ample to circulate (in simple terms).
In a sense, shock is a defense mechanism to injury that go overboard with main injuries. So we do our best to prevent it from happening, and to settlement with it when it does come to pass.
