You should try St. John's Wort instead, I mull over that is the innovative.

It is good for memory and concentration, even ADHD.

It should NOT be taken beside some medications though (like anti-depressants), so check beside your doctor first.
I don't find that it does much of anything at all. For sleep, I pilfer 5-HTP and/or Valerian root, but lots of exercise and a healthy diet do lots more than any supplements or drugs. Many might recommend melatonin, but it never did a item for me.
It affects everyone differently. As far as sleeping, try melatonin.
