I've been have trouble sleeping and I've been browzing an herb store that have a night camouflage and they said that there's an herb packet in the dark mask. What are the best herb to get to facilitate sleep?

I clutch Hops pills when I feel edgy or call for to be relaxed for sleep. They work great and are under $10 at form food stores.
why not try some excercise. Try walking.
Marijuana would be best, but it's illegal. Valerian root works in good health for me.
