Which pure Spices/Herbs lower Cholosterol and LDL?
Answer:
Hmm .. that's easy :) first embezzle a cholesterol test and write down the fundamental figures afterwards:
Take a teaspoon of honey and maybe 1/6th teaspoon of ground cinnamon; hasty in the morning; empty-stomached for 45 days.
The subsequent 45 days; take a teaspoon of honey and conceivably 1/6th teaspoon of ground black seed; hasty in the morning; empty-stomached.
Again give somebody a lift a cholesterol test and write to me to thank me :)
Best of luck .. merry healing.
