Does anyone know what ProBiotics Are, and How they cure You, & of what?


I think I'm commencing to think that I'm the dumbest feminine ever,
to get ''this old'' (or stay this young), and purely find out, after all
these years that, what my body wishes / should have is:
PROBIOTICS.
Wish I'd particular this years ago...perhaps I cuduv avoided a great deal
of ailments and aches & pains...of mid-life crisis..and If It's a
Cure, I'll give somebody a lift it...
I guess we just didn't know how honest a cook "grandma" really
was when she considered necessary to ''shove that sour milk'', from that "cow
juice", down my throat, huh?
I made that once, not so long ago, sour milk, the ''curds & whey" thing...and in a minute it doesn't seem so doomed to failure.
Ya take 1/2 gallon Real Fresh Cow's Milk, put it surrounded by a Gallon
Jar, and ''Shake that Bootie...I mean the Jar..til the Butter..
take Shape, and ya remove the wad of butter...and shake
that Bootie (jar) again...and consequently let it set contained by a warm spot, and
curdle (couple of hours), and you hold butter & sour (curd),,,
beat the whey, give salt to essence..thus yogurt is there..TF

I've bought it a couple of times. It is comparatively remarkably expensive. Then one day I tried a product call PB-8.
