As a physician near a natural bent, I hold several suggestions to lower your total and LDL cholesterol without the use of prescription medicine.

Eeeewwww, don't use the garlic and oatmeal together! I enjoy heard repeatedly that garlic is good for your cholesterol. You can acquire garlic pills, which I'd highly recommend if you approaching the people around you -- or if you purely plain like folks around you!
