You should rub them with some oil-based cream. Capsicine, the compund which cause the irritation, is fat-soluble. So oil / cream should remove it. Then you can treat it as any commonplace burn.
The juice of the Jalapeno probably sanked down contained by your pores. I would say do what you would do if you have eaten a Jalapeno. Soak your fingers contained by milk.
Put them in flour. It will remove the sting. Cold hose down will only aggravate the condition but if you include flour to it, it will help.
Hi La da da, your best choice is to run the burnt nouns under cool river for approximately 10 minutes to stop the burning. Do not use ice or especially cold water since they can potentially result in further the damage to the skin. If you are applying a cold compress to the wound, make sure it is loose otherwise it will stick to the burn, become raw and possibly cause infection. Vitamins C, E and zinc will serve with the uplifting process, but only within recommended amounts. Aloe Vera have health-giving properties as well.
