What is the identify of the amino sour you hold to stop have alcohol cravings?
Many years ago a friend told me about an amino sharp that goes into your brain and satisfy any urge you once had for alcohol. Basically it turns a raging alcoholic into a social drinker or a non-practicing alcoholic. I took it and it worked and I told a bunch of firends who took it and it worked for them too. But the other morning a friend told me that he wanted to quit drinking and I could NOT remember the moniker of this amino acid. I solitary know that it is natural, within everyone's body already, and it's one of the 135 essential amino acids. I asked the pharmacist and my doctor but no one seem to know. Can you answer my question?
Answer: kudzu, yucca, Ylang Ylang, and kombuchu are apposite.
also blessed thistle, L glutamine, taurine and 5HTP (tryptophan) may be beneficial.
Taurine is a good one. I imagine the answer you are looking for is:Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that's used by the brain- along next to B6, niacin,& magnesium(the anti-stress mineral)-to produce serotonin(the natural quality good drug), a neurotransmitters that carry messages between the brain and one of the body's biochemical mechanisims of sleep.Tryptophan will help induce inbred sleep;reduce sensitivity to discomfort, act as a antidepressant; alleviate migraines;reduce anxiety & tension, & help relieve symptoms of alcohol-related body-& chemistry disorders & aid's in control of alcoholism. Be fitting to thy self & others will follow..
it might be 5-htp, its a amino acid thats a precursor to serotonin and drugs that increase serotonin (antidepressants) are sometimes used for smoking cessation and drug addiction but its only a guess... it probably would not be a miracle cure for alcoholism, i dont know a lot in the region of it and whether it would be effective at adjectives. im telling you that for informational purposes one and only, i would strongly encourage you to check beside your doctor or pharmacist because from what i hear it has side effects and is more helpful than a lot of the supplement/herbal nature of stuff (especially if you have condition problems, in unique psychiatric or heart conditions or take medication because it can probably interact with drugs)
