I hve the sme problem whenever I drink coffee like 4-5 hous since bed I just can not sleep no issue how tired I am you could try chamomille or sleepy time tea other than that you would have need of meds or drugs all you can really do is try to sleep it sucks i know but if theres something well-mannered on TV stay up for another hour and then try to sleep
Go keep under surveillance tv, some boring shows. that should help. cuz no event what time of the day, if i study some boring tv programs, i can fall sleep surrounded by like 5 minutes.
race say don't chomp through before 8 b/c the caffeine and force will keep you up. Personally I reckon this is a crock. I can down a mountain dew and go to bed, but on a different hours of darkness I will eat zilch after 6 and be tossing and turning all darkness. ahh...it sounds so identifiable. I've always have this problem and I still don't know what to do. But I've learned some ways to procure rid of it from my long long experience. Try to get up precipitate no matter what time you sleep. Force yourself to stay awake adjectives day, and next at around 9 or 10 in the evening step to bed, and clear your mind from anything that bothers you. Don't think that you won't be capable of sleep or that you have insomnia. Watch a comedy or something relaxing. Drink mineral hose down a lot. Before you sleep, forgive everyone who hurt you or made you grain bad. I know this sounds silly, but believe me, it works. The certainty that you're already worrying about not sleeping, will procure you all stressed up, and will prevent you from sleeping, so don't infer about that.
