Answer: Lavender usually works for comforting.
Chamomile tea or capsules will work if you don't mind ingesting it. Only transport ONE camomile cap or it will put you to sleep. One sunhat will mellow you out and relax you but you'll still be able to bring back stuff done. Two caps will slow you down a LOT. More than that will prb put u to sleep.
Calmes Forte by Hylands works too.
