I have some depression problems myself and its not the pretext I chose to become LDS, but I know I've never been happier contained by my whole life span! hot spicy food, guacamole(hi fat foods help) the round in guac is omega 3 devout fat, aerobic exercise, garlic pizza make me happy bathe it down with some beer(liquid spasm killer)beer actually is a depressant but i still approaching it. avoid TV like the plague. studies show that too much TV cause depression because commercials leave you wanting and need thing you don't really want. get beer and garlic and grasp frisky with your girlfriend. read alternative interesting literature close to anarchist cook book or how to cheat on your taxes and not get caught... you know fun stuff!
