Smoking alternatives please?
no patches, no pills, no gum, no foodstuff, I have need of an "inhale" action type of crutch. Like lettuceleaf cigarettes ((((bleahhh))))...but no tarmacadam or nicotine. And herbal ones make me puke!

You could try their smokeless cigarettes - they own a tobacco flavor, plus a touch of nicotine vapor in them. Look similar to real cigarettes, you only inhale and don' t light.

Sounds like you are lately out of luck....They make a prescription Nicotrol inhaler that act as a cigarette. That's all I know of.
There is a special inhaler you can buy from chemists. Good luck!!

I smoked for 16 years and the simply way I be able to quit be to buy a pack of Carlton Box (ack!) and leave it within the pantry, unopened. I didn't have to madness that there weren't any cigarettes surrounded by the house. I simply told myself that I was stronger than the addiction. I challenge myself minute by minute, hour by hour, day by afternoon not to give surrounded by to the craving. After about 2 months, I only just gave it a thought. I still do get hold of the occasional craving but it is easy to squash in a minute. Sometimes when I walk through through a place that smells of stale cigarette smoke it make me feel sick.
Good luck to you in your struggle to quit. Remember that you ARE stronger than your addiction. I've be smoke free for over 10 years now.
I know alot of empire ... including my husband... who just stuck a pen within their mouth.. when my husband was within basic training he chewed the hell out of adjectives his pen caps for the first week or so. Got rid of the physical sensory addiction. My dad used coffee straws. You don't in reality need to hold something to inhale just something to hold contained by your fingers and put in your mouth to compensate for the oral and tactile fixation. Smoking anything else isn't going to assist you. The smoking part is the uncertain thing. The nicotine is addictive but isn't what cause cancer it's the smoke.
Also if push comes to shove and you do decide you necessitate something more I've had a bunch of relatives tell me just now that they started using this drug Chantix... I guess it works wonders though I've never tried it. And All the people who told me roughly speaking it said their insurance paid for it...

All of these substitutes are nothing but crutches. JUST DON'T SMOKE! Your body is really solitary addicted to water and oxygen...OK some food is nice, but not needed at the same height. The smoking cessation business is a multi billion dollar industry, and want you to believe you are addicted, so you will buy their product. B***S**T! Here is what you need to stop.
1. Don't buy cigarettes
2. Don't borrow a cigarette
3. If a cigarette happen to "fall" into your mouth by some act of character...
4. Don't light a cigarette.
5. QUIT MAKING EXCUSES...they are adjectives invalid, and only prove mental poor quality, and lack of existing conviction.
