Essential oil to backing wake up?
I was wondering what (combination of) essential oil(s) can be used to relieve you wake up after one of those night that seem to later forever and are full of unhappy dreams? Not so much nightmares, but in recent times a general desolate feeling surrounded by the dreams that stays with you when you wake up up and makes coming fully awake drastically difficult and during the day you own the feeling you're still partly asleep and not really there, if you construe what I mean.
Answer:
I quality that Lemon or peppermint essential oil may be of benefit.
As you probably know, dreams assist us work out situations while we sleep, that are perhaps too difficult for us to work out contained by a waking state. Having dreams similar to you describe is actually a blessing because it mechanism that things in your existence are being resolved while you are sleeping. If the sentiment continues while you are awake, your dream may be telling you that something surrounded by your life wants your attention while in the wake hours. Right before you budge to sleep, ask that you be given more clarity in your dreams, so that you can make out what needs to be done. This works for me. Blessings

A blend of lavender, marjoram, neroli and rosewood works wonders for me.
Perhaps you could try a stimulating oil such as Rosemary, which is an energising grease. Also, Neroli, could be good as it is a tonic, and could boost your immune system, which might obligation a bit of a boost. Lavender is also a good rejuvenating grease.
Grapefruit is a very upright wake up grease; you may also like to set off it out with something softer, similar to bergamot, for balance; or sandalwood, for grounding you.
Smelling salt. You should be able to find some contained by any medicine cabinet. They work great for helping you stir up in the morning.
To seize general alertness:
I use Rosemary, citrus of some sort, eg. Lemon or Grapefruit, Juniper and sometimes Bergamot.
You can grow Rosemary and Bergamot efficiently in the garden, to prepare your own fresh teas etc.
Lavender is relaxing, and recurrently used to aid sleep - you'll need to experiment, if you're gonna use it (I notice someone posted it).
You could use some Thyme, Pine or Ginger, which I also find helps my mental clarity and focus.
Good luck! Rob
The best essential grease I have found for this is black pepper. Use it sparingly as it can grounds headaches.
