I own a cold?
Symptoms: Slight headache because nasal congestion, nasal congestion, minimal sore throat.
Anyhow, what's the best way to cure my cold immediately. I read in Natural Cures that the sun help. I have also be taking echinacea and this nasal spray stuff. Anything else you think I can do?

See if you can find some zinc lozenges such as Cold Eeze, it help cut the time of a cold. Also drink tons of fluids, decaffeinated tea, water, etc. Lastly, boost up your Vitamin C intake and relax. If your body is run down, afford it a rest for a day or so. Good Luck!
I'm no doctor but i can share you what works for me. Put a vaporizer and one of those menthol thing within your room when you sleep at night. Keep you house reheat, take a nice, long shower and catch rest. Try tylonal or advil. Get well soon!
A steamy shower. Hot tea next to honey and lemon.
That alkaseltzer cold medicine works really well brought-up...Sounds like you might enjoy sinus conjestion though. Maybe get something for sinuses.
zinc supplement.....it help fight your cold. kinda approaching vitamin C.
