and what was your experience/results pls?
thx
Answer:
I be given reiki by a friend when I was really off-colour with glandular hallucination and it really helped. I did a weekend course contained by reiki and I think its an potent and comforting form of alternative healing.
Although its practitioners may be powerfully meaning, unless your physical and/or psychological distress is susepctible to placebo effects, Reiki is not curative.
I am a Reiki Master, and own been since 1964.
Yes, the get-up-and-go does work if it is applied with pure intent and the integrity of the provider is surrounded by tact.
I must tell you that it is the personage who is requesting, or receiving the verve that heals..the Reiki Master is sending activeness to assist your own. You are your own healer.
Everyone has the wherewithal to heal, you a short time ago have to know it and believe it, regardless of what logo you attach to the vim, it is all INTENT.
Yes.
I injured my fund a year ago. I have dull pain going down my legs, and needed strong pain pills. I be going to PT with no nouns. I went to a stroke therapist who be also a Reiki Master. She did wonders !! I still have affliction (I will always hold some), but rarely desperate enough for more than Tylenol.
I am also a Reiki Master and Massage Therapist, and enjoy reiki done weekly. So, in my view, yes, it does work. But first things first, you have to adopt the healing animation, and you have to realize that the Reiki will flow for what is best for you at that point and time. Like the other Master said, it is adjectives intent, sounds weird, but really, your mind is so powerful, we merely have forgotten over the oodles years of depending on other things to do it for us. But Reiki works, because it is working with your Energy body that every single personality has, weather you resembling it or not. But you have the Power of Free will, so if you don't want medicinal loving energy sent to you to aid you feel your utmost best, afterwards so be it.
Hope your experience is a good one!
the intent of the practitioner have nothing to do beside Reiki. The practitioner is a conduit to which the reiki flows and according to the usui system...unless you are doing a mental treatment. reiki will just walk ahead and do what it needs to contained by order to restore go together. that is why during a treatment the get-up-and-go may stop at an area and lacking moving your hands it can start up again and flow to a different nouns in the body. Placebo is a big effect but not a short time ago so with Reiki. an example to illustrate to be exact about a babe squirrel. I was house sitting next to my girlfriend and we saw out in the patio a baby squirrel that have fallen out of a Tree and be having a knotty time breathing and could hardly move. it looked-for to move away from us but couldn't barely move. I put gloves on and picked it up and it couldn't even hold its manager up and was so laboured within it's breathing that it looked like it be suffering. My girlfriend is a nurse and so she went inside to mix up a prescription cocktail that would ease it's aching and kill it at full tilt. we couldn't bring ourselves to snap it's neck. so I continued to hold it contained by my hands and reiki be flowing and by the time she came out near the stuff the squirrel was sitting up surrounded by my hand and have lots of energy and I only placed it on the ground and it scurried sour. so I don't think squirrels can succumb to placebo.
I am a Reiki instructor and practitioner and I use Reiki on myself to relieve most problems. Some examples are toothaches, headache, knee spasm (I use to skydive...), colds and sore throat. Recently I was bitten by a brown hermit spider. I have some pure resistance anyway, having be bit or stung by several poisonous animals in my youth. However, after roughly 3 days of giving Reiki to the bite, it was gone. No results.
I have also disolved or removed gallstones, heal many sprains, torn muscles, and injuries resulting from my Karate classes. But the biggest and most significant effects has be with attitudes, thought and vivacity choices. Everyone that I have skilled or treated repetedly has have positive changes contained by their lives. This is the most important section of Reiki.
I am a nurse who is also a Reiki Master. I work with open-heart patients as all right as other intensive care patients. I use Reiki regularly near my patients (and co-workers when requested), and the patients seem to be much peacemaker and sleep better (I work midnights) when I am their nurse. I'm not trying to brag, but that's just how it seem to work. Even those that are very dependent and always ringing their call-lights when other nurses are gentle for them seem to be much quieter for me, as all right as having smaller amount pain.
As far as the topic of intent, it is high-status for the practitioner to have the intent of starting the flow of Reiki, but that's where on earth the part of the practitioner ends. Reiki have it's own intelligence and will go where on earth needed. If you place your hands on a individuals head, but they want healing contained by their knee, that's where on earth it will go, but it can't get hold of there short the practitioner, who is simply the conduit through which Reiki flows.
I hope this answer helps.
It be plain CREEPY!! And didn't do any thing for me except remove the colour my wallet.
If it works it's all within your head.
I am a mould therapist and reiki practitioner. I own had great results near people going through extreme moving turmoil, with headache, and insomnia.
