Is near an alternitave to drug for ADD?
anything such as diet and exercise, setting certain times for things, vitamins... anything specifically not a drug... please provide evidence that supports the alternative for ADD like a website or something

Someone else suggested multitasking as a coping device and although I don't know of any supporting evidence online I wanted to second that suggestion. My daughter is impressively easily distracted and she would draw contained by class to help her focus. Luckily, her teacher recognized what she be doing and why. She graduated near honors.
I do something similar but I take terrifically copious and detailed notes. Almost everything a teacher/professor would voice, I would write down as close to verbatim as I could.
Meditation also helps. Of course, meditation can be a confront for people who hold ADD because anything and everything can be a distraction. For me, I find that breathing meditation (as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh et al) is honourable because when a noise or thought or even a breeze distract me, I return my focus to my breathing. I don't stay focused for long but I can honestly say-so that by doing this I have leisurely learned to be smaller number distracted by each and every article that comes my way.

Also, the thalamus is what help us filter things. The thalamus is what tells us not to look at the bird outside the porthole when we are supposed to be focused on the task beforehand us. There are ways to strengthen and stimulate the thalamus and you may want to do a google search to cram of ways to do this naturally.
Changing your diet can relieve but you have to know what triggers your ADD. Learning what allergies you may hold can help and one of the best ways to do this is to remove adjectives potential triggers from your diet for a couple of weeks then unhurriedly reintroduce them. It is very prominent that you not only hold on to a food journal at this time but also track how you consistency emotionally, etc. Everyone is different and you may be more sensitive to some foods while others do nothing to construct you feel smaller number focused. Well, when I was within grade conservatory, no one have ever heard of ADD/ADHD. You be either 'hyperactive' or 'idle.' What I had to do be learn how to compensate for my inability to preserve focused. My solution for many years be to multitask. If I had partially a dozen things going on at once, when I became bored near one, I could move on to something else for a while. It's not a solution, mind you; it's a coping strategy.

Eliminate all distraction when concentration is crucial...other kids in own flesh and blood need to be sluggish, no electronics, etc for 45 minutes a day anyway!
