I hold used it before. It seem to work quite economically. It shorten my cold and made it less intense. I hold also used zicam but that tastes too metallic.

I didn't resembling it, didn't do much for me. Zicam worked a lot faster and next to better results for me.

IT HELPS BUT NOT ENOUGH TO REALLY MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE. BENADRYL IS THE SHTUFF FOR ME.
I prefer Zicam, it have saved me from three colds!! If you buy it be sure and lug it as the directions state.
yes! i use it every time i think i might be getting a cold. intuitively, i think it works best if you start taking as SOON as you be aware of symptoms. it works better as preventative, not necessarily a "cure."
i like the pink grapefruit flavor best.
