Diphenhydramine HCl is Benadryl, the substance in Tylenol PM that help you to sleep. You can buy Benadryl 25 mg tabs or capsule just roughly anywhere. Store brands may be called allergy medication.
I use Simply sleep by Tylonol they work great sometimes I take 2 sometime 1 but you do entail 8 hours of sleep I try to take them give or take a few an hour before I budge to bed. What I like nearly them is you can still fuction if you have to. I return with mine at Target because they are very cheap within.
