For osteoporosis, the best thing is to draw from lots of calcium. For arthritis, chondroitin and glucosamine has help me plenty. For diabetes, the only "natural" remedy is controlling the sugar within one's diet closely enough to not want insulin.
When I was contained by college, I was diagnosed as hypoglycemic. The doctor explained that, if I go on as I was, within a few years I would have diabetes and own to shoot insulin. He proposed that I take the alternative of intake a very low sugar diet, and stick to newly natural sugars, avoiding urbane sugars (sucrose). There is no known cure for diabetes freshly ways to control it. Meaning if you stop the treatment your blood sugar level will jump out of control again. I own tried the following 'cures' and found that they do help - Cinnamon Powder, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Green Tea. In reality my control was so virtuous the doc told me I may be able to procure off the plunger soon :)
As for osteoporosis and arthritis, just lots of calcium - if you can bring back Green Bamboo essential oil try to diffuse it. It serve the body absorb the calcium and is also a source of calcium by itself.
