Take b complex vitamin.
I would say aloud it depends on your symptoms. For my edginess and moodiness, I had profoundly of success beside meditation using lemongrass oil. I purely drop a little on a bedside light bulb and let it infuse the room, or use a candle and place a few drops on piece of tinfoil and let it sit within reach. Then focus on a point on the wall, or the flame of the candle, take some tranquil deep breaths, and meditate. For ache and weakness, try a hot tub with 1 C. of Epsom salt.
I have merely use Sepia for menstruation. I didn't know it was used for PMS...I should enjoy been taking it a bit ahead of time as well!
Try the contact below for your specific symptoms, this link have been a great support to me because I do not have a personal homeopathist.
If your exercise regularly and drink lots of hose and get plenty of rest...ingest no caffeine....and not drink meat...or processed foods...like me...You shouldn't procure PMS. A lot of times PMS is caused by toxins and chemicals surrounded by your body....
Just a suggestion... the website 1800homeopathy.com has a great site... I love it.
