If you use Sambucol, does taking it for day by day keep prevent the flu?
I was reading the bottle of Sambucol and notice that there are two ways to hold it one is for daily mainenance and the other is for Intensive use (which I believe you would do if you have the flu).

Well, you can sure try it, but there is without doubt no data or clinical studies that show this works to prevent the flu. There is just the flu vaccine that will help prevent it and even that won't guarantee you won't seize it. The only track to prevent the flu is to not leave your house or consent to anyone in your house till March.....I don't give attention to you want to do that. Stay away from sick people if you know they are sick and hose your hands properly beforehand you touch your face. Period.
I give it to my mom, because she has problems next to her immune system, she took it when she felt poorly (flu like). She did not get the flu finishing year, though she also took airborne when we were contained by crowds. She does not take it for looking after though. It is rather expensive...so the cost prevents her from doing so.
I'm not too sure it would work...but i guess it is worth a try! I haven't have the flu for years! Change your diet!
