PMS is taking over me HELP?


I suffer from bad, discouraging PMS symptoms. I have roughly a week before my extent. My emotions shift from getting very angry at the littlest things, to awfully depressed. Towards the end of my PMS right up to that time I get my interval, I become very in low spirits. (probably because I feel desperate for the things I said and the way I acted) Then once I start my spell I am fine. A little testy, but much better.
