Hmmm. Should i become a Pharmacist or a dermatologist ?
Which one will earn more money and which one is more demanding. Which one has to be on name always ?

Dermatologist is a MD, and so, they engineer more money. I have never hear of a dermatologist being on ring up. Depending on the pharmacy, sometimes pharmacists are on call.

You should become a dermatologist. You probably would build more money and wouldn't be on call enormously often.
