What is the most forceful organic product for sleep?


I have great trouble sleeping at darkness due to depression, bad nerves, and I don`t know something else.

Antipsychotic meds get me to sleep capably, but I had primary problems when I get bad of them, so I want a natural product that I won't attain hooked on, have debt symptoms from, and receive maximum results from.

Also, I would prefer to hear from people beside personal experience of sleeping problems, and the more severe the better, since mine's pretty severe.

try sleepy time tea at bedtime by celestial seasonings. I didnt deem it would work but it is really relaxing. My fiance has sleeping problems, he take tylenol pm, although I would not suggest taking it regularly.
Melatonin works for me.
Yes, I've also tried Melatonin. Sometimes I get chance dreams or nightmares with it though.. It you read up on it I guess it's pretty adjectives to get them. It's not adjectives the time though. Take it about a partly hr. before bed. And breed sure you have 7-8hrs to sleep otherwise you might wake up up groggy.....

i enjoy had sleep problems due to stress contained by the past. i own used melatonin, valerian root, warm milk, adjectives work ok.
right now i use a product call restez, made by a company called melaleuca. it have a combination of valerian root, hops, spearment, passionflower.
how long have you be off your perscription? i would run any herbal remedies by your dr, if it hasnt be that long, because there might be some interactions. within that case, i would try the reheat bath, near warm milk. if you enjoy been rotten for a few months, the herbs should be ok.
