im starting to get a cold and want to bring back rid of it as soon as possible because i have a play 3 days from presently.
if i take more than one vitamin C tablets, will it backing?

Yes, you can take more than one Vitamin C tablet to give support to get rid of your cold. It is not on to overdose on Vit C because it is water soluble (meaning you will stamp out it from your body through your urine).

You can't overdose on Vitamin C because it's water-soluble. You'll pee out the excess. (Some vitamins/minerals are fat-soluble and can be overdosed.)
3000 mg of vitamin C a day is robust. overdoing it will give you a stomach hurt (from all the acidity) and lower your immune system even more while you hold this cold, so don't do that. stick to no more than 3000 mgs and drinks lots of water to flush your system.
you can overdose on vitamin c but i don't know how much it would pinch. I wouldn't bother with the extra. it's not going to comfort you that much in getting over your cold. try getting some rest, drinking heat up tea, soup, sleep, and some tylenol cold.

vitamin C doesn't minister to get rid of colds so do what you want.
any extra vitamin c flushes out of your body after your body take what it needs. I would whip a multiple vitamin with minerals and extra vitamin. c and gain enough rest. if i feel that way.
