Any really worthy remedies for insomnia?


Has anyone found anything that works really well for insomnia? Not necessarily human being unable to plummet asleep, but being incompetent to STAY asleep, and waking up every hour?

Well I went through a bout of that a few years fund. Awake at 3am, 5am etc.
It was to do beside a bit of mental stress after a parting of the ways near my wife.Oh, an amicable seperation, but
I thought about going to my GP for sleepy pills, and be correctly told that they only help out you to go to sleep, after wear off whilst you are sleeping.
I invented my own solution.
It is call a bottle of Jack Daniels.
No, not the whole bottle, but a goodly amount next to coke at bedtime.
Slept like the proverbial log.
Perhaps not the best method, but no damage done.
I now sleep glibly, as we are still good freinds.
I should not reccommend booze, but it does the trick.

Due to family connections illness stress and loved ones business stress things that I need to matter with, not sleeping have become the norm for me. within addition to the above, try taking a honourable quality multi-vitamin (7Seas Multi-Bionta is a perfect one to try, Boots seel it)& a separate calcium citrate(please see link below for a worthy brand) calcium is relaxing 9 that's why they recommend a glass of milk since bedtime). followed by a really nice warm shower or tub everynight (that's what I do)..showering washes away adjectives your stresses...
