Easy form of Magnesium supplement for children to transport?

My son has done totally well taking 100mg of Magnesium Citrate. It have helped his hyperactivity plane, focus at school and adjectives around behavior. The problem is - I have to accessible a huge horse pill & figure out how to sprinkle this chalk-like dust onto something he will swallow...There must be an easier mode!! If you have suggestion or products please agree to me know.

Answer:
Hi Coastal, magnesium-rich foods is the best way to grasp more of this essential nutrient. Remember that it's possible to have sub-optimal magnesium level and not experience any actual symptoms.

Some of the best food sources of magnesium include:

Whole Grains (only unrefined versions, as discreet grains are typically low contained by magnesium)

* Avocados
* Squash
* Almonds
* Leafy Greens
* Some Beans and Peas

"Hard" drinking water is also a worthy source of the nutrient. "Hard" water typically have a higher concentration of magnesium salt than "soft" water.

Unless your son own magnesium levels, are extremely low, magnesium supplements are generally unnecessary.

"Increasing dietary intake of magnesium can often restore mildly depleted magnesium level," ODS reported. So go ahead and indulge within some magnesium-rich favorites like guacamole beside some whole-grain crackers, baked acorn squash, fruit salad and mixed greens. You'll be well on your road to a healthy magnesium height and, as more and more research is pointing out, a healthy heart to turn along with it.
