Fibromyalgia Pain?
Looking for some relief next to my aches and pains. I hold been lately diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and looking for some design on the natural side. I am considering meditation, detoxing and a hot matteress possibly tempur pedic . . . any advice or other design ?

Fibromyalgia really sucks. My mother have suffered from it for 10+ years. We are yet find a fluent method that actually WORKS. Hopefully someone have the answer that can change peoples lives! Tempur pedic or a sleep number bed can backing. Memory foam helps too. I've suffered from Fibro for 4 years immediately. I was originally on a treatment plan next to a Pain Management specialist of Vicoden and Somas.. which just masked the aching instead of treating it. I also tried massages and tempurpedic style bed, which did little as well. The best treatment I've found for the dull pain is accupuncture. I was skeptical at first, and I give it a try for a solid 6 months. I noticed like mad of the nerve and muscular misery and sensetivity had decrease, I was competent to sit, walk, and sleep comfortably, and no longer have the daily crippling bouts of sciatica. Do some research and find a local accupuncturist that deal with fibro and check out some pale yoga after you are comfortable with excersicing :)
