When I be younger I had problems beside IBS - the herb peppermint might help as economically as it is soothing to the stomach.
I noticed next to myself that dairy products made me worse - so watch our for dairy, crumb, etc. as well as other food intolerances.
Mine get way better as I aged - however, when I have it - I would make sure when I be out and about I would know where on earth the restrooms were - as sometimes within comes on quickly :)
