Answer:
You have to be in motion for a scent you like - lots of population use lavender for calming, but I can't stand the stuff! Go smell a few different ones and see what you approaching, when one makes you smile or triggers a pious memory, you know you've found the right one for you. I'm also a big believer in "touchstones", something that give you comfort or strength - for me, it's my great-grandmother's ring. I've worn it through the birth of both of my children, and anytime I just want a "hug". May sound corny, but it works for me! Good luck, you can do this!!
1. Go find a skunk
2. Scare the crap out of it
3. Go pilfer your test
Lots of essential oil are calming. I would right away suggest Lavender. It's pleasant (in its diluted state), inexpensive, and the least possible likely to trigger an allergic criticism. Plus, its good for so several other things: cuts, burns, abrasions, diaper over-hasty, pimples, sunburn, heat unthinking, headache, etc.

Here's a link to check out some other oil recommended for anxiety: http://www.aromaweb.com/essentialoils/em... Also check for any contraindications that may apply to you. For instance, Clary Sage and Cedar might not be advisable if you're pregnant.

Some relaxing oils are: Bergamot, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Geranium, Mandarin, Neroli, Patchouli, Roman Chamomile, Rose, Sandalwood, Vetiver
try lavender oil.
