Answer: Do these exercises and your blood pressure will start to get towards common in weeks.
Build up your timing little by little.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril near thumb and deep breath-in through gone nostril
then – close not here nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
later -keeping the left nostril closed cavernous breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril next to thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes contained by one day).
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or up to that time bedtime or in bed.Remember to nick deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or bench or lying in bed.
Kapalbhati -(Do it past eating) Push air forcefully out through the trunk about once per second. Stomach will itself walk in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a hours of daylight.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill relatives do it gently
Natural remedies include celery, bananas,marine (do a search for the marine cure) and hawthorne berries. I lowered mine from 171/115 to 132/84 just by using this.
