How almost other ways to quit smoking, besides nicotine replacement?
Cause I've done some therapy next to nicotine patches and no results.
Answer:
Drink lots of hose down and tea helped for me, relaxed me.
Also do some exercises routines especially when you're craving for a smoke. Do things to save yourself busy. Take it easy, reach a deal to people around you, probably they won't try and stress you out.
Also this was short any nicotine replacement. So you can do it.
Remeber smoking is NOT an option and you're mind won't even hold that temptation as much.
Good luck : )

i spent something like 2 weeks telling myself it be disgusting every time i had a cig. afterwards i just quit. no psychiatric help, no nicotine suppliments just cold turkey. it wasn't as rugged as you'd think.
I a short time ago went to the doctor for assistance on quitting smoking on Monday. He poo-poo'd the patch because they limit your nicotine intake. Once you put a patch on, that's adjectives the nicotine you get. He suggested the gum. He said that you can pop contained by another piece of gum as you need it. Where as near the patch, you're stuck with what it give you. Hope this helps! Good luck!
the number one mode to stop smoking is simple. just don't. seriously, most culture who stop do just that, they stop. anything else of late drags it along and most are efforts to receive money off your feebleness. don't buy cigarettes. don't bum cigarettes. basically don't touch cigarettes. this is a 100% forceful method to stop.
Everyone is different, but the mind DOES make associations beside things. For example: if you always own a cigerette when you have breakfast, in that is an association. The hardest time for most smokers is when they smoke when they do something else. One of the best ways to stop smoking, is to BREAK the association of smoking. Everytime you want a smoke, bite a lemon - this makes the association UNPLEASANT, and help you modify your behaviour. Try to associate smoking next to negative things, fairly than good things. Don't try and replace it beside a lollie pop or gum, because you're not telling your body that 'it's NOT okay to smoke!!"
goodluck!

I started smoking for a particularly stupid reason. when i be in college some guy be smoking next to me. Stupid me thought i would try one and that would be that. Boy be i wrong. i came home for Christmas and my dad warn me that i would get addicted. I in recent times did not listen. I have smoked on and stale for the past 9 years. My doc give me a new drug call chantix. you keep smoking while you whip the first pack of of the drug (i think its 10 days) and than you stop smoking, but preserve taking the pills until you are ready to stop. My counsel for those who smoke or are thinking about it. DONT even own one cig.. once you do you are hooked and for those who already do smoke. STOP. i know its easier said than done, but you will feel better, you will smell better and most of adjectives..you will live lot longer.
Buy the book "The No Nag, No Guilt, Do It Your Own Way Guide to Quitting Smoking" by Tom Ferguson. It is extremely informative, easy to read, and stuffed beside different strategies to quitting smoking.
I read a book. Sounds strange I know and I didn't think it would work.
I'm advocate this book because it worked for me not because I'm making money from it or anything.
The easy road to stop smoking by alan carr.
worked for me!!
I used the Allan Carrs 'Easyway to Stop Smoking' and it worked!! And to be honest I was notably, highly skeptical that it would, have been a hardcore smoker; 20 a hours of daylight for 15 years... but I knew two friends of mine who'd read it and it worked so reckon it was worth a shot - that be almost two years ago and I've not looked back - it be easy too :)
Seriously, if you really want to present up I'd really recommend it - costs about duplicate as a packet of fags anyhow ;)
I quit with nicotine gum and replacing smoking exercise. I also woud report to myself, what's stronger: The addiction or myself?

COLD TURKEY & EXERCISE!!! specifically your best bet! fastest and safest. I smoked for 20+ years and have be smoke-free for 3!! In my opinion, nicotine patch postpone the inevitable withdrawal...so only just get it over next to. It only last a couple of days. The whole article is alot easier than you think, not to say-so that it is easy, but it is indubitably do-able!
