Answer:
4 words: Castor Oil Shampoo Bar. I buy mine from www.dandesoap.com, this lady is an authority on cures for psoriasis and Eczema. I get rid of that mess from my scalp for good. I keep hold of some around when my scalp starts getting dry, but I have none immediately and I had it adjectives over my head. I be spending what you do a month and kept going to the doctor and nothing worked. I feel like the ugliest soul, it would bleed and run down my forehead and neck. It would wail and itch to seven years. I was so miserable in the past I met this lady. It costs $4.10 per railing that's huge, about 5 to 6 oz. and she can letters it to you.
I hate it for you, but that soap block cures it. She is a miracle worker on treating all Psoriasis and Eczema, skin allergies, you describe it, she can has a cure for everything; I feel. LOL Everytime I ask her about something, she have something for it. LOL
Do you spend much time in the sun? A little bit of time contained by the sun everyday always help my psoriasis.

None of the medications I ever used did much for me except steroids that be actually prescribed for bronchitis. I haven't have an outbreak of psoriasis since taking two 10 day rounds of the steroids almost 6 years ago.
You need to bear fish oil. Emulsified cod liver grease might be the best. Twin Lab makes great taste ones. Instead of costing $200 a month, the fish oil might cost you $20 a month (for two bottles.)

Psoriasis doesn't freshly affect the skin. Many people near it experience a similar problem with their digestion. In armour you have some digestive discomfort as ably, you might find that the fish oil help with that some, too.

Good luck and be ably.

my suggestion is finding an arbonne rep in your nouns. it is all crude stuff chemical free, animal free cheaper than 200 a mo but still costly. great products!! check it out for sure- if you can not find a rep let me know, i'll transport you mine. the stuff can work miracles. i don't have psoriasis but my daughter have cradle cap FOR EVER!! i also tried everything until i used arbonne newborn care- it cleared up in something like 1 week with day after day use and has never returned!! perfect luck!! even if you don't use this try to stick with something fluent
Try switching to oranic shampoos and conditioners. Or maybe try soap-less shampoo. The problem next to regular shampoos and the fancy creams and medications they endow with you is that the can make it worse. Get thee to an herbalist! There are awesome products and herbalist can fashion you using all inherent products! Hey, if it works it'll save you $200 a month..
Topical creams don't work because they're directed at the symptom not the exact, you need more essential fatty acids and sea in your diet. omega 3's (fish oil) and flax kernel oils are a polite choice. a good website is www.mynsp.com/kandismm
Hi Dawn! Well, usually psoriasis is cause by a lack of obedient quality oil in the diet, as economically as a fairly dignified intake of refined sugar and flour products, resembling baked goods. If you remove these from the diet, include a big quality grease like toasted sesame grease, or extra virgin olive oil within small amounts, (no food from restaurants for about a week or so, later rarely - once a month), you should find your problem gone.

Meats and dairy can also contribute to psoriasis, so keep watch on your intake of yogurt, milk, cheese and meats, especially beef and poultry. Fish is okay, but shouldn't be eat more than twice a week. Your daily intake of food should include generous amounts of leafy green vegetables. Best of luck, Dawn.
