Need back looking for a flawless inti-anxiety drug to be precise NOT addicting! Also a sleep med too.?
I have a Dr. appt. tomorrow and am need him to prescribe me something for my anxiety and insomnia. Anyone know of a good med to be exact not addictive or has a mediocre chance of addiction that I could request? I enjoy tried buspar once and it made me feel worse. HELP PLEASE!

You probably won't requirement both. Most anti-anxiety meds will help you sleep. I would aim a new Dr. if your current one prescribes both minus trying only one first.
Melatonin is immensely good as a pure sleep aid, and there will not be any of that groggy smog that comes from prescription sleep aids. You can pick up Melatonin at Wal-mart. Melatonin is not addicting, and it's all unprocessed.
As for the anxiety, you may want to try Welbutrin. I took it a few years ago for anxiety/panic attacks, and it worked beautifully. Keep surrounded by mind that there is an adjustment length, just resembling any other prescribed medicine, contribute it at least 30 days to see if you similar to it.
I was merely reading a few days ago that a tea made from the blossoms and or bark of the Mimosa tree is right for anxiety and would not be addicting. May possibly help beside sleep.

Some colloquial (and non-addictive) help for sleep are melatonin, valerian and calcium (all available within the vitamin section of any pharmacy, grocery store). Chamomile tea or Sleepytime tea (by Celestial seasonings) assist too. Ambien is a very mild prescription sleep aid explicitly not addictive and helps take you to sleep without affecting your REM cycle so you discern rested. And with proper rest, the anxiety should come down too. Proper exercise will also back you sleep and help beside anxiety.
A good vitamin B complex is terrifically good for anxiety and I markedly feel the difference when I forgetfulness to take it surrounded by the morning. Tell your Dr. about your recoil to Buspar and ask him to recommend something milder. Most anti-anxiety meds take a while to build up within your system, so you won't feel the difference right away. If you enjoy a bad response to whatever is prescribed, appointment your doc. Make sure it's out of your system entirely (he'll know how long this will take) to make sure it's out of your system past you try something else. A good doc will also explore the possibility of food allergies. I have anxiety and depression for years and can't begin to register all the meds I be given. Buy jamison brand stress ease it have all the b vitamines you requirement. also get a pious multi vitamin too. Use this with your prescriptsion it does lend a hand.
You can try to drink "Valeriana" or "Louisa". They are both herbs and they are powerfully known more or less there relaxing effect. You fix both of them as you produce tea. I would also suggest you to try homeopathy instand of classic medicine.
