You don't want to nick Tylenol while taking Celebrex. Ibuprofen is recommened, along with a heat pad or rice sock. Did you injure the posterior, or do you take Celebrex for an ongoing condition? Massage can improve spasms, along with hot tubs/hot springs. Standing contained by the shower, with the shower organizer set on a pulse setting, mini massage, but does work.
Smoke a reciprocal. Works for me.
Safer antiinflammatories are fish oil (omega 3s) and chondroitin sulfate, and glucosonamine.
Opiates. I beleive Duladid (not sure how to spell it) is the strongest available besides heroin. Its ten times stronger per mg as Oxycodone. But any intuitive prescription opiate will do. Plus give u a false sense of happiness ;-)
