I know it sounds impossible but meditation help. I have a son next to HORRIBLE ADHD and the ONLY thing that have ever worked was meditation.. we sit down together and only just try to relax and release everything.. at first he couldnt sit for a MINUTE and now he slowly have gotten to be able to meditate for atleast 45 minutes and to be exact a TRUE accomplishment.. he says that at first he feel really edgy and now he have calmed down a WHOLE LOT.. medication made him a zombie and I wasn't going to have that... Try meditation and DONT forget to step yourself ... Rome was not built within a day..
