Are they safe during pregnancy for a ear infection?
Answer: Yes, they are undisruptive to take. Another massively safe resort is Grapefruit Seed Extract, liquid - 5 drops diluted contained by 3 oz of water. Put drops surrounded by your ear. It is what we use for ear infection instead of antibiotics.

nope Sweet grease is olive oil and is immaculately safe for use during pregnancy. Sweet grease soothes if it is warmed a touch before putting it into the ear (just approaching a hot water bottle will soothe).
Almost any ear drop will be undisruptive because it is not absorbed into the body and will not affect your child... I enjoy only found fluocinolone ("DermOtic", used for eczema) timetabled as being gripped at all.
This assumes that your eardrum is intact.
Hi try a lavender essential grease. it will reduce any dull pain and soothes inflammation . also clams you, its one of the oils you can use direct on the skin.
