Sleep aids cause reverse effect. Any suggestions on what to use on those sleepless night?
My boyfriend off and on can't sleep at hours of darkness. Although stress hasn't been illustrious, it isn't obsolete. What could he do (besides booze or bent drugs) to get a moral night's sleep?
