No matter what your age, insomnia usually is treatable. The knob often lies surrounded by changes to your routine during the hours of daylight and when you go to bed. Try these steps:

I used to use tylenol pm but hated the notion of being drugged.
Now, I use melatonin and 5-HTP...they are FABULOUS and protected. Go to a natural store, vitamin store...etc.
