Has Asian/American Ginseng help anyone near depression and dealing next to stress?


Have either of those Ginseng strains have a noticeable positive effect on anyone's well-being? Have they in actuality increased one's energy? If so, what dose worked, and which strain is better? No Siberian Ginseng to be regard please, or any other ginseng imitations, thank you.

Yes. I use chinese gynseng and it really help my depression, stress, and anxiety. However, I just started using jiaogulan tea and it help a lot more. Saint johns wort make me more depressed. Don't use gelatin capsules, vegi capsule are better for your stomach.
I used to "have" depression and a high smooth of stress. My suggestion for you... stop thinking that the change will come from some food or miracle pill, it must come from the mind. Know how to verbs less and to punish yourself smaller quantity when you do something wrong. You must accept yourself approaching you are right now, and simply after that you can change one aspect at a time. You must control yourself. Everyone become sad, the one and only difference with me and you is that we will hang on to the sadness going on and making it worst until it breaks us. Don't do that.
