Reflexology ask please...should reflexology be prickly? If so, how long will the agony end for?
Answer: It may be painful the first few times depending on the sensitivity of your foot. It shouldn't last more than 48 hours!

To the best of my wisdom, reflexology is just pressing faultless points on the sole of the foot I have never have it done but my friend has. She said when they would do the reflexology it be very throbbing but afterwards she felt profoundly of relief.
