Answer:
NONE! One should not use any ointment to treat burns. Oinments save the heat within the skin.
The best treatment is to keep it cool using cold running hose down for at least ten minutes, apply sterile non-stick dressing over burn and want medical advice.
Aloe works pretty powerfully. Antibacterial ointment too, because burns can take infected easily.
I agree more or less aloe vera. Should always hold on to an aloe vera plant in your house. When the stalks find large I freeze them to take home the feel cool on the cuts/burns etc.
Silvadine is by far the BEST entry you can put on it. It is a prescription I think.
I know this sounds unusual...and it doesn't make sense, but I really promise you it will work.
If you put vinegar on the burn, it will take the throbbing away immediately.
Forget the salve. Rub an ice cube over the burn, or apply cold hose via a towel, wash cloth, etc.
It's devout to rub fresh aloe vera on. It's imperative to keep it verbs and don't touch it. Find somewhere to get an aloe vera plant. They also hold OTC things until that can happen- and I think some include aloe vera.
High title Tea Tree Oil (melaleuca alternifolia) it's naturally soothing, antiseptic, antifungal, penetrates faster than aloe vera, and help speed healing. This is the most awesome raw product that can be used on all types of skin irritations, cuts, burns, etc.
