I've been brewing kombucha for give or take a few two years, and have however to really nail down the best recipe. I made one load a few months ago that was incredible, but I haven't be able to replicate it (I should probably start by writing down what go in respectively time). I usually use a combination of half green/half black tea, but I'm looking for a tried-and-true awesome recipe to abet me out of my brewing rut. My favorite commercial brand of kombucha is GT's Raw Organic Kombucha, and I would love to be able to replicate that flavor. Thanks!

I similar to it because it doesn't produce such a sweet kombucha as some recipes do.

I also similar to GT's Kombucha. Inspired by their flavors, I boil ginger in the marine before count tea bags. Then after fermentation I add on a small amount of blueberry concentrate for Blueberry Ginger Kombucha. You could also try adding Goji Berry liquid to your Kombucha!
