Well you stipulation to follow a cleanliness routine . boils are the result of unclean conduct, pores get blocked and sebum builds up and infection within the blocked pore causes a boil to form. Shower..do not sit contained by a tub of dirty water, shower and use a honest soap, scrub the area next to soap and water rinse, scrub again and rinse, and unless you hold some kind of skin infection you should not go and get them anymore. Bathe daily, if at all possible once in the morning and surrounded by the evening when you come back from work/college/school as the shield may be.

No but they are bleeding. I use to get them on my bottom. My Dad use to find a hot wash cloth for me and I would place it on the boil for a couple hours. I would repeat this process until it heal.
