Answer:
Yes, it's true. Epsom salt are packed near magnesium, and large doses of magnesium will convey you straight to the toilet. I've been told that epsom salt taste fearful, though. Maybe you could just jump and buy some magnesium in tablet or medication form.
Large doses of Vitamin C will have duplicate effect.
But, do you know why you're constipated? It's always better to treat the grounds than the symptom.
Yes, it's safe. It's a short time ago magnesium, I believe. It's not a salt. You'll be okay if you drink it. People as a rule bathe within it and your skin absorbs it. It won't hurt you.
Hmmm, can you use a laxative as a laxative? I would voice yes.
Add 2-3 teaspoons to a glass of lukewarm hose, stir until dissolved then drink - brisk! Be warned - it is a foul-tatsing concoction, but hugely effective!
yes u can use it. include 2 tsps to a small amount of hot water, swallow immediately as it tastes horrible and repeat every 15 minutes until you own a bowel motion. its a great cleanser of the bowel. be prepared to be 'loose' for a couple of days afterwards also.
Yes, you could . . .
but why not try something a little more meek or a lot smaller number nasty taste? Try an over -the-counter herbal such as Senna.
