Has anyone tired Gaba for anxiety? And if so, have it worked for you and how much do you lug a year?

GABA is a nice supplement for certain kind of anxiety. But it is not powerful enough to force the situation. There are prescription drugs that can (and do) force the brain into a impartial state. I suggest you try to not get involved next to those.

St. John's Wort is another supplement that is accurate for certain kind of anxiety.

I have taken GABA and it worked really very well. I too the sublingual version ( beneath the tongue) I would recommend that you read the bottle and never take more than it say. I forgot the exact does I took.

If you take too much GABA it will mete out an anxiety attack.
