Aromatherapy?


Can someone please tell me what some aromas are for?
I would similar to help next to with social anxiety disorder and insomnia.


Answer:    Neroli Essential grease - (Citrus aurantium var amara) instills peace and purity, it is known to promote self confidence and the resources to take initiative. Neroli is used for Anxiety, Hysteria, Depression, Diarrhoea, Nervous Tension, Menopausal Problems, Dermatitis, Cardiac Tonic. Helps shock, stress, anxiety and depression, insomnia due to depression, disappointment and doldrums, mild hypnotic. For anxiety just smell it straight out of the bottle as needed. or place 6 to 8 drops into a vapouriser. You hold to ensure that the oil is of pure ability and is not pre blended in jojoba grease as it often is.
Lavender is great for insomnia and anxiety. Just a couple of drops contained by a diffuser and on the bottom of your feet work ably.Only use high talent oils though, youthful living is an excellent choice. I have hear lavender is good for insomnia, it hasn't worked for me intuitively but it is supposed to be relaxing. I find geranium relaxing as well. It's nice to own a scented eye pillow.
Lavender, ylang ylang, pepermint, rose...use solid essential oils. Bath and Body Works carry some nice products to help poised you and induce sleep and relaxation. I use unwind from Arbonne to help sleep at hours of darkness!! There is a bath brackish and a mist that you can spray on your pillow at night this really help me!! I think that it might abet you with both!!

or I don`t know you can find blends with those oils- because they are comparatively expensive undilute
